Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to the sales team.
  • Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist department members with preparing agreements/proposals for client-specific presentations
  • Assist department members with marketing/mailing campaigns
  • Management of sales research and sales support personnel
  • Provide administrative and sales support for the VP of Operations
  • Salesforce CRM maintenance and custom report generation
  • Sharefile upkeep
  • Manage the Sales Manager’s inbox, including reading and responding to emails in a timely manner, prioritizing messages and flagging urgent items for the Sales Manager’s attention.

Cost Segregation Senior Project Manager (Full Benefits / Hybrid Work Schedule)

 

Overview:

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and possesses outstanding interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include: 

  •  Work with clients to procure data related to acquisition or construction and to ensure client satisfaction.
  •  Analyze construction cost ledgers, contractor payment applications, and other cost documentation and reconcile to accounting records.
  •  Perform takeoffs utilizing blueprints and perform physical site inspection.
  •  Estimate unit costs utilizing costing manuals such as RS Means
  •  Determine the appropriate tax life for each component of a building in accordance with IRS Regulations
  •  Write reports and prepare schedules that support findings from analysis.
  •  Communicate and resolve questions with clients.

Qualifications: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), architecture, construction management, construction engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering required.
  •  (4-8) or more years of cost segregation industry experience
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Familiarity with construction design and construction processes. The ability to read, interpret, and explain engineering and architectural drawings is required.
  •  Demonstrated ability to accurately take off quantities, estimate the cost of construction, sequence and schedule the construction for commercial buildings preferred.
