We are seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to help drive the adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role sits within the IT organization but operates cross-functionally, partnering with teams to identify opportunities, guide implementation, and embed AI into day-to-day workflows.
This is not a pure engineering or model-building role. Instead, the focus is on discovery, enablement, and adoption, helping teams understand where AI can create value and ensuring those solutions are successfully integrated into how people actually work.
The ideal candidate is highly curious about AI, excels at working with people, and is energized by helping others adopt new tools and ways of thinking. They are as comfortable facilitating a workshop or training session as they are evaluating AI tools or collaborating with technical teams when needed.
This role will be a key driver in turning AI from an abstract concept into a practical, everyday capability across the business.
