Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, training, content, and best practices needed to increase sales productivity and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of experience in sales enablement, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. Source Advisors goes to market through the CPA Channel but ultimately serves end client taxpayers so an ability to navigate a complex buying environment with multiple audience will yield success in the role. This is a high-impact role in a growing, entrepreneurial company with an opportunity to work closely with sales leadership and directly influence revenue growth.
