Greg Bryant

Senior Managing Director

Greg is Senior Managing Director at Source Advisors where he is responsible for key client relationships and strategic development for the firm. Prior to the Source/Bedford merger, Greg was founder and Managing Partner of Bedford Cost Segregation, having successfully established the firm as a recognized industry leader, guiding Bedford to the completion of more than 14,000 Cost Segregation studies, covering a wide range of property types and sizes. Combining experience in development, construction and engineering for more than four decades, Greg has a broad understanding of the commercial real estate industry, ranging from project conceptualization through construction and asset management. A graduate of Dawson College, Greg has also completed specialized real estate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington and Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business in Baltimore, MD. Greg is a Certified member and first president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), a nonprofit professional organization, where he has served as a member of the Technical Standards Committee, and Testing Committee. He currently serves on ASCSP’s Board of Directors.

Imran Syed, PE, LEED AP, CEM

Managing Director, Energy Services

Imran joined Source Advisors in 2010 and is currently the Senior Director of Energy Services. Imran is a mechanical engineer by trade and has more than 15 years of experience in sustainability and energy-efficient buildings and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), HERS Rater, ENERGY STAR partner, and NABCEP PV Associate. Imran holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.

Chris Vignone

An acclaimed State & Local Tax specialist and thought leader, Chris is well known for his success in identifying multi-million dollar tax-saving opportunities for Fortune 1000 companies and implementing operational changes for long-term business efficiency. With more than 25 years of experience, he carries a wealth of knowledge in SALT and income audit defense and refund claims, VDAs for state & local taxes and unclaimed property, state & local credits and incentives, and tax technology consulting. Chris’s industry specialties include retail, telecommunications, bankruptcy, and turnarounds. He is a frequent lecturer at business and academic forums and an active member of industry trade associations such as AICPA and TEI. Chris holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business with a concentration in public accounting.
