Senior Director, Fixed Asset Consulting

Candace is a Senior Director of the Fixed Asset Consulting Group at Source Advisors, where she oversees Tangible Property Regulations (TPR), Fixed Asset Reviews (FAR) projects, and performs tax reviews and report certifications for cost segregation and TPR studies. She has more than 20 years’ experience specializing in the field of fixed assets. Prior to Source Advisors, Candace worked with a leading tax consulting firm providing federal income tax planning in cost segregation, tax depreciation, capitalization and repair deductions, and tax accounting methods. During the first nine years of Candace’s career, she focused on general accounting and fixed asset accounting for a multinational manufacturer and a national financial services firm in Dallas, TX. Candace holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Advanced Technical Certificate in Professional Accountancy from Dallas College. Candace is a Certified Member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), a nonprofit professional organization, where she has served as a member of the Board of Directors.
