Steve Boyce

Steve Boyce has joined Source Advisors as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Tim Whipple. Steve brings more than 25 years of finance and leadership experience to his role as CFO. Based in Virginia, Steve has helped companies grow, transform, and navigate change—from serving as CFO of CrossCountry Consulting, a private equity–backed advisory firm, to leading finance teams at Morgan Franklin Consulting and NeuStar, Inc. At NeuStar, Steve spent over a decade in senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Finance & Treasurer. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked closely with fast-growing technology, communications, and entertainment companies. Steve is passionate about building strong finance organizations that support growth, collaboration, and long-term success.
