Alex Timian has joined Source Advisors as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Tim Whipple. Based in New York City, Alex brings 15 years of experience helping professional services firms grow and evolve. He began his career as a corporate investigator at a specialty consulting firm and went on to serve as the company’s Chief People Officer and COO. Alex has a passion for building and mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and creating an environment where people can reach their full potential.
