Jessica LaChance is a Director of Business Development on the Source Advisors team. She specializes in helping businesses and CPA firms identify and navigate tax incentive opportunities, including cost segregation, R&D tax credits, energy incentives, and other value-driven solutions. Jessica began her career with Bedford Cost Segregation prior to its merger with Source Advisors, where she developed deep expertise across technical delivery, project management, and client engagement. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Management, bringing a strong technical foundation and practical understanding of the tax incentive landscape.
