Dan Spector
Dan Spector joins Source Advisors as Vice President of Business Development, partnering with the CRO and Partnerships team to drive revenue growth and expand the firm’s reach across private equity portfolio companies, strategic alliances, and adjacent markets.
Dan brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across Financial Services, FinTech, Travel, Hospitality, Energy, Insurance, and Telecom. He spent much of his career at Equifax, where he led a $345M Strategic Financial Services portfolio and helped drive 11.5% YoY growth. During his tenure, he closed a landmark $232M deal, the largest in company history at the time, and led major cloud transformation and customer migration initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Dan held leadership roles with Travelport, American Airlines, Unisys, and Computer Sciences Corporation, leading global partnerships, pricing innovation, and professional services organizations. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from University of California, Berkeley. Dan is a US/EU dual citizen, fluent in five languages, and resides in Atlanta.
