Andy Chapa

Andy originally joined Source Advisors in 2004. He is currently a Director in the cost segregation department. He has extensive experience performing cost segregation studies, repairs studies, fixed asset and maintenance studies, and dispositions studies. Andy holds both a bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University and an associate degree in computer drafting from Lamar University. He has taken courses at Texas A&M University where he plans to earn his MBA.
