Mike Laderer

Mike joined Source Advisors in 2008 as a Project Manager Consultant and has since been promoted to Director of Project Management. His main duties involve overseeing the R&D Project Management Team, which includes training, process management for conducting interviews and documenting activities for the R&D tax credit studies. Additionally, he collaborates with leadership to meet companywide vision and financial goals. Prior to this role, Mike accumulated seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and another seven years in retail. He obtained his BBA from the University of North Texas.
