Mike Laderer

Mike joined Source Advisors in 2008 as a Project Manager Consultant and is now a Director of Project Management. His primary responsibilities include leading the R&D Project Management Team, including training as well as process management for conducting interviews and documenting qualified activities as part of the R&D tax credit study process. Other responsibilities include working with leadership on strategic planning to meet companywide vision and financial objectives. His former experience includes seven years working in the pharmaceutical industry and seven years in the retail industry. Mike received his BBA from the University of North Texas.
