As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager at Source Advisors, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales development team focused on driving new business opportunities within the tax industry. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the overall sales pipeline. This position requires strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed lead generation and sales targets within the tax industry.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Prospect Management: Oversee the prospecting process, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to identify and qualify potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.l
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and support team members in developing their sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, lead generation metrics, and sales pipeline health to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales management roles within the tax industry or related sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving lead generation efforts.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and sales performance analytics, along with proficiency in Sales Tech Stack platforms like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, SFDC, Chili Piper, and conversational intelligence tools such as Gong and Chorus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
