Job Summary

Source Advisors is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Property Tax Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting our property tax services to maximize tax savings for property owners. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to help businesses lower their property taxes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients, including property owners, real estate investors, and commercial businesses, to promote property tax services.
Conduct outreach through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
Present our property tax solutions effectively to clients, explaining how our services can help them navigate tax assessments and appeals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local property tax laws, trends, and market conditions to effectively communicate value to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare sales reports and track progress on client engagements and leads in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales of professional services with 2+ years of experience
Bonus: Experience in real estate, finance, or property tax consulting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
