Sam Hall has joined Source Advisors as a Director of Business Development within the Sales Department, reporting to Jennifer Flynn. Based in Washington, Sam brings 15 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the HCM technology and Managed Services space, with a focus on expanding Source Advisors’ presence across the Western U.S. Before joining Source Advisors, he spent nine years at ADP partnering with mid-sized organizations to control costs, mitigate risk, and align talent strategies with long-term business goals, earning a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and leader.
