Max Vignola, MSFA

Max joined Source Advisors in 2021 and is a Director of Technical Sales for R&D Tax Credits. He has more than 16 years’ experience working with taxpayers of all industries to qualify and quantify R&D Tax Credits. Prior to joining Source Advisors Max was the Director of Tax and R&D at a prominent northeast area Cost Segregation firm, ensuring that the studies being performed were in line with the most current tax legislation. Additionally, Max was responsible for the development and growth of the R&D Tax Credit practice there. Max started his career with PwC’s Tax Products Delivery Group (TPDG) specializing in R&D Tax Credits and Cost Segregation Studies. While there, Max worked with clients in the Manufacturing, Financial Services, High Tech and Pharmaceutical industries. Max has been involved in some way on over 2,000 special incentive studies in his career. He holds a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Forensic Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
