Karen is a recognized expert in tax treatment of fixed assets for commercial real estate and tax incentives for energy efficient real estate, who has worked in public accounting and private industry for more than 25 years. As a CPA with a with a Masters in Taxation and an in-depth understanding of the engineering process, Karen creates unique planning strategies for a wide array of clients.
