Julianne Kaplani

Julianne joined Source Advisors in 2022 and serves as Director of Business Development, supporting CPA firms and business clients across the Midwest. She is committed to building strategic relationships and dedicated to delivering meaningful value to CPA firms and the business community.

Based in Metro Detroit, Julianne brings a diverse background spanning business development and client strategy. Prior to joining Source Advisors, she advised businesses across Southeastern Michigan on insurance risk management, with a focus on real estate assets and compliance strategy. She began her career in Research and Development, a foundation that gives her a unique blend of analytical rigor and business insight in her consultative work.

Julianne holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor.  She is a member of the Michigan Economic Developers Association and remains actively engaged with the regional business community.
