Joy Wilder Lybeer joined Source Advisors in 2025 bringing deep expertise in building and leading high-performing, growth-oriented revenue organizations. Her relentless pursuit of results, combined with a contagious leadership style, inspires teams to follow her anywhere and consistently deliver at the highest level.

Prior to joining our team, Joy spent 15 years at Equifax, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Global Partnerships. In that role, she led a team of more than 400 professionals and oversaw a $1.3 billion portfolio across multiple client segments and global partnerships. Before Equifax, Joy built an extensive career at SunTrust Bank, further sharpening her expertise in financial services and revenue leadership. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, she has advised a broad portfolio of private equity–backed companies, helping emerging organizations scale for sustainable, long-term growth.
