Jason Paru

Jason joined Source Advisors as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. He has over twenty years of diverse industry experience with companies at multiple stages of growth. Jason served in various leadership, investment management and turnaround management roles. He has been an executive for several fast-growing private-equity-backed companies in the business services, logistics, technology and marketing sectors. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
