Debbie Rodkin

Since 2005, Debbie has worked to cultivate relationships with CPA, real estate developers and investors, asset/portfolio managers, and business owners. Through these connections, she helps clients increase cash flow using a variety of tax solutions, including Sales & Use Tax, Research & Development Tax Credits, Energy Incentives, Property Tax, LIFO for Inventory, and Cost Segregation. Prior to the Source Advisors / Bedford Cost Segregation merger, Debbie was a Partner at Bedford, and was responsible for a sizeable share of the more than 14,000 Cost Segregation studies, covering a wide range of property types and sizes. Debbie began her career managing apartment communities, increasing ROI and occupancy on her properties. After working with Trammell Crow Residential Services for five years and completing her MBA, Debbie changed career paths to concentrate on the consumer packaged goods industry. Upon leaving the CPG world, Debbie founded Re:Focus on Careers, a networking organization dedicated to helping professionals with career development. She continues to present networking seminars to corporations, organizations, and alumni associations. She has an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BS in Telecommunications Production from the College of Journalism at the University of Florida.
