We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and actively participate in daily IT operations while leading a small team of IT professionals. This role combines hands-on technical administration with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of a Microsoft-first environment. The IT Manager will manage endpoints via NinjaOne and operate Fortinet network infrastructure, oversee SOC 2 Type II–aligned processes, and maintain both on-prem and cloud Windows Server services.
