Lindsey Modlich, J.D., L.L.M.

Lindsey joined Source Advisors as a Director of Tax Controversy in 2022. She specializes in tax incentives such as the R&D tax credit, 179D deduction, and most recently the Employee Retention Credit. Through the course of her career, Lindsey has represented both public and private sector clients in tax matters. Her focus is on controversy representation related to credits and incentives at both the federal and state levels. Prior to joining Source Advisors, Lindsey worked at a national consulting firm specializing in niche tax incentives. Most recently, she was a manager within the Accounting Methods and Credits practice at a Big Four accounting firm. Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and her Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws from Capital University Law School. She is licensed in Ohio, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
