Source Advisors Launches The Dotty Network, a New Employee Resource Group Championing Women in the Workplace

Named in honor of company co-founder Dorothy Green, the network is built on a simple mission: Learn. Earn. Return.

Arlington, TX— June 30, 2026— Source Advisors today announced the launch of The Dotty Network, a new Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to supporting, developing, and advancing women across the organization.

The network is named in honor of Dorothy Green, whose entrepreneurial spirit and leadership helped lay the foundation for the company Source Advisors today. Building on her legacy, The Dotty Network is designed to invest in the next generation of women leaders through mentorship, professional development, and community.

The Dotty Network is organized around three guiding principles:

• Return. Members lift others as they rise — mentoring, sponsoring, serving their communities, and strengthening Source Advisors for the next generation.

The Dotty Network will meet monthly to discuss topics relevant to women in the workplace, including navigating common barriers and hardships, mentorship opportunities within Source Advisors, and guest speaker sessions featuring leaders who share their own stories and career journeys.
