Record Retention, Refunds, Program Cancellation and Complaint Resolution Policies

Record Retention

Records for the CPE programs will be maintained for a minimum of five years. These records will contain: (1) program outline/materials; (2) records of participation; (3) dates and locations of presentations; (4) number of credits earned by participants; (5) results of program evaluations; and (6) instructors, discussion leaders and program authors names and credentials.

Refunds

Participant cancellations will be accepted with no administration fee on or before the program date by contacting SourceHOV Tax LLC, DBA Source Advisors at 817.732.5494 or by fax 817.887.2356 or email CPE-resolutions@sourceadvisors.com. No-shows forfeit the entire registration fee.

Program Cancellation

We make every effort to hold a seminar once it has been scheduled. Rarely, however, for reasons outside of our control, seminars may be canceled or rescheduled. When this happens, we will notify all those who are pre-registered.

Complaint Resolution

All concerns and/or complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the CPE Program Sponsor or their delegate. Resolution will involve an analysis and review of all the pertinent facts of each case.
