The requirements to qualify for the 45L tax credit has changed due to the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act. Energy Star and Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) Certification are the only pathways to qualify for 45L. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), HERS Rater, ENERGY STAR partner, and NABCEP PV Associate. Imran holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.

Her experience includes 5 years in the residential energy industry and 13 years of construction knowledge. She is a residential plans examiner, HERs Rater, and a RESNET Quality Assurance Designee. Brittany received her Bachelors of Arts degree from The University of Oklahoma and her Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
