Imran is a mechanical engineer by trade and has more than 15 years of experience in sustainability and energy-efficient buildings and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), HERS Rater, ENERGY STAR partner, and NABCEP PV Associate. Imran holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Dearborn.

Brittany joined the Source Advisors team in 2023 and is a Project Manager within the Energy Services Department. Her experience includes 5 years in the residential energy industry and 13 years of construction knowledge. She is a residential plans examiner, HERs Rater, and a RESNET Quality Assurance Designee. Brittany received her Bachelors of Arts degree from The University of Oklahoma and her Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
