Duwayne Sibley

Duwayne has over fifteen years of experience in cost segregation as well as incentives and credits, energy incentives, and property tax. He has assisted clients with federal depreciation, fixed asset analysis, refund analysis, credit filings, and audit defense. Duwayne has successfully managed projects of all sizes and across varied industries, including multi-family properties, high rise office buildings, medical buildings, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, and automotive and dealer services.

Prior to joining Source Advisors, Duwayne worked as a regional leader for both a large national accounting firm and a regional public accounting and consulting firm. He also previously served as a director of purchasing for one of the nation’s leading home builders.
