The Bedford team has completed studies on tenant improvement projects with a depreciable basis of $300,000 to individual properties worth more than $1 billion. We have worked on everything from a simple self storage facility to a highly complex manufacturing plant. Our engagements have included a property built in the 1770s to those currently under construction. For some projects we are provided with a complete set of plans and invoices, for others we get nothing but an address and permission to visit the site.
