EXPERTISE

Hank is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) with significant cost segregation experience. As a partner at Bedford, Hank works closely with commercial real estate owners and investor as well as accounting firms to provide creative solutions combining cost segregation and asset management studies with energy efficient building incentives and tax deductions. He is primarily responsible for operations at Bedford’s Southeast Regional office, overseeing a team of engineers and business development personnel. Hank leads his team with a strong focus on operational and technical excellence to ensure Bedford clients are receiving best-in-class service and support.

EXPERIENCE

Hank has over 33-years experience in the engineering and construction fields. Prior to joining Bedford he was chief engineer of the Facilities Engineering and Consulting Division for Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), one of the largest consulting engineering firms in the United States. During this time, Hank provided specialized facilities consulting services to owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers. He was responsible for the investigation and evaluation of building systems for existing properties, including industrial, educational, commercial, medical, high rise and marine/waterfront facilities. In addition, Hank is a structural engineer with significant construction experience in the design and analysis of commercial buildings. Hank is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Kentucky and Virginia.
