As a partner and director of business development at Bedford’s southeast office, Debbie builds relationships with CPA firms, commercial real estate developers and investors, asset and portfolio managers, and owners to help them increase cash flow using cost segregation and asset management studies. She is primarily responsible for the southeast region, with a concentration on Georgia and south Florida. Debbie has been a guest on the Commercial Real Estate Radio Show multiple times. EXPERIENCE
Debbie began her career managing apartment communities, increasing ROI and occupancy on her properties. After working with Trammell Crow Residential Services for five years and completing her MBA, Debbie changed career paths to focus on the consumer packaged goods industry. Upon leaving the CPG world, Debbie founded Re:Focus on Careers, a networking organization dedicated to helping professionals with career development. She continues to facilitate events and present networking seminars to corporations, organizations, and alumni associations.
ASSOCIATIONS
Debbie is an active member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Medical Consulting Group of Atlanta (MCG), and Dental Resource Partners (DRP).
EDUCATION
Debbie received her MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University, and her BS in Telecommunications Production from the College of Journalism at the University of Florida.
